Transitioning your plan management to or from Disability Caring Australia is a straightforward process, and as an NDIS member, you have full control over this decision.
You are not required to provide specific reasons for switching plan managers, although feedback is always appreciated.
To make a change, simply contact your myNDIS representative, call the National Contact Centre at 1800 800 110, or email enquiries@ndis.gov.au.
If you decide to switch to Disability Caring Australia, please inform us and provide the contact details of your current plan manager. We will ensure a smooth and seamless transition with minimal disruption to your services.
